2011 Glacier National Park Quarters
The 7th quarter released in the United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarter™ Program and the second of 2011 honors Glacier National Park in Montana. Glacier National Park Quarter (R70), were released on April 4th, 2011.
Glacier National Park is the country’s 10th national park. Glacier NP has over 1,000,000 acres and includes parts of two mountain ranges, over 130 named lakes, more than 1,000 different species of plants and hundreds of species of animals.
